Diwaker Singh has decades of international management experience. For more than 20 years, he has been Chairman/CEO of large multinational companies.
Mr. Singh’s business experience spans across business sectors among which we can include telecommunication, aviation, logistics, tourism, investment banking and real estate. His career highlights include the establishment of the first private cargo airline in India, the first mobile network in India and the first 3G Mobile telephone network in Europe.
Diwaker Singh has lived and worked in Europe for more than a decade. He was awarded a Knighthood by the President of Romania in 2004 for his contribution in improving the investment climate of the country.

Radu Georgescu is one of the most prominent and successful technology entrepreneurs in Eastern Europe. He founded his first company in 1992 and went on to lead the creation of RAV Antivirus, a security technology that was acquired by Microsoft in 2003, and today forms the backbone of the company's internet security systems.
In 2010, Radu successfully exited from his second business, GECAD ePayment, Romania's leading ecommerce service provider and in 2013 from Avangate, ecommerce solutions global vendor.
Andrew Ash (MRCVS)
Chief Veterinary Advisor
Andrew guides PawSquad's veterinary operations with his vast experience with both running practices and his work with a variety of well-known veterinary organisations. He provides critical guidance (clinical and business) for the team as they bring digital technologies into the pet care world.
Andrew qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 1983 and, after a year as houseman, moved to a mixed practice in Hampshire before settling in Brighton with Grove Lodge Veterinary Group.
He completed his Certificate in Small Animal Medicine in 1998 and an MBA with the Open University in 2003. He has been a BSAVA volunteer for 15 years in a number of roles including Congress Chairman from 2007 to 2010 and President between 2011 and 2012.
Andrew is currently Chairman of the Small Animal Surveillance Network, BSAVA FECAVA Director, UEVP representative for the BSAVA and sits on the Preliminary Investigation Committee with the RCVS.
Tim Porter is the founder & CEO of Gluru (www.gluru.co). He has been involved in technology for 15 years and was part of the early teams at Shazam (4 years), iTunes (6 years) and Google Play (3 years) during this time. He specialises in product development and accelerating growth at any stage in a company’s life cycle.
With a proven track record in business & brand transformation as well as brand & business development, Alex is an accomplished senior marketeer. With more than 19 years of experience including multiple roles as Global Business Partner within the Ogilvy network for clients like Unilever, Lufthansa and GSK and a spell as Managing Director of HUGE, London.
Alex is currently a Client Partner at We are Friday, a digital consultancy of strategic designers and engineers.Alex is an experienced collaborator, with a strong background in development and delivery of omni-channel, multi-platform product and service strategies and brand communication programmes for local, regional and global organisations. Her contagious passion and energy extends into being an active mentor of young creative and business talents, a champion of fledgling start-ups, and an avid gardener,runner and foodie.
Lola (aka LolyGirl),
Head of culture
PawSquad’s finest and most important team leader is Lola. Using her natural talents as a miniature Schnauzer she’s in charge of morale, company culture and all major design decision. She likes barking, playing with toys and Sunday naps.

Francesco has been working with high-growth companies for the past 15 years. Most recently he founded parenting network Quib.ly after spending a decade with New York start-ups. Previously Francesco was CEO and Product Manger in successful FMCG and FinTech startups. He now lives in London with his wife, daughter, and two dogs - Lola & Giambi
Andrew Francis (BVSc CertVC DipECVIM-CA (Cardiology) MRCVS),
Chief Veterinary Officer
Andrew qualified from Bristol University in 2002 with a burning desire to focus on large animal medicine and surgery. He spent four years in large animal practice on the North Devon coast trying to learn to surf whenever possible, before being drawn to companion animal practice and admitting defeat on the surfing front.
At Edinburgh University he completed specialist training in cardiopulmonary medicine. He was awarded the RCVS certificate in Veterinary Cardiology in 2007, and the ECVIM-CA diploma in Cardiology in 2012. Following almost four years at Boehringer Ingelheim where he had both national and global technical and marketing roles, Andrew joined Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists in May 2014 as Head of Cardiology and Marketing Director.
Chief Technology Officer
Martin is passionate about building technology for early stage startups. Having tested his skills in Arabic and Chinese as the CTO & COO at Migreat.com, and prior to that Director of technology at Russia's equivalent of Gumtree - Slando.ru, he is no stranger to working in many different languages. He is therefore unfazed by his inability to speak dog or cat, but is looking forward to the challenge of learning Rabbit.
Product & People
Scott's been working with brand new companies for the last few years. He works with all the different teams across PawSquad to make sure they're delivering the best product all round. He was a founding member of UKShareCo - an advocacy organisation for the sharing economy, and runs @SiliconJunction - tech networking in SW London. Scott has an unhealthy obsession with cricket and decent pubs.
